Ultimate Weekend 4 Ryleigh Contest Official Rules

1. The Ryleigh Russo Ultimate Weekend Package is offered by The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund as a game of chance, luck of the draw.
2. The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund is offering an unlimited number of raffle tickets and the Prize Winner will receive a weekend prize package with an estimated value of $4000.00.
3. Tickets are $5each. Each $5 donation equals one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries. Your Paypal confirmation number is your entry number. Example- A $50 donation will have 10 entry tickets in the drawing.
4. You need not be present to win.
5. The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or older. If winner is under 21 years of age, they will not receive the wine package. Immediate and household family members of Ryleigh Jean Russo are not eligible. The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules, any applicable laws, or who makes any misrepresentations relative to this drawing of chance.

The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by computer users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with this drawing by chance. The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entries. Entry does not require a donation or purchase. Incomplete or illegible entries are void. Entries may not be resold and no refunds or replacements shall be issued.
10. Winner will be notified by email and phone, and results will be announced on the YouTube website and at http://weekend4ryleigh.blogspot.com/. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity or promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
11. Winner will have 24 hours from notification to respond regarding acceptance or declining of The Ryleigh Russo Ultimate Weekend Package, or an alternate winner will be selected.
12. The Ryleigh Russo Fund reserves the right to defer the drawing date until 1000 tickets have been sold or provide for a substitute prize (or prizes) of equivalent value if any of the prizes cannot be delivered. Due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, if fewer than 500 tickets are sold, the alternate prize is 50% of the net proceeds.
13. Disqualification. If for any reason the drawing by chance is not capable of running as planned, including by virtue of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this drawing by chance, then The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this drawing by chance may be a violation of law and should such an attempt be made, The Ryleigh Jean Russo Fund reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
14. The winner will be subject to any tax laws that apply. All such taxes shall be paid by the winner according to the Internal Revenue Service rules and regulations.
15. Prize will be delivered to winner. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to arrange transportation to an alternate location, or make alternate arrangements within 30 days.
16. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
17. Void wherever prohibited by law, rule and regulation.
18. All persons submitting an entry agree to the contest rules and regulations set forth above.
19. All proceeds, minus any promotional costs, will go toward The Ryleigh Russo Fund.

The Ryleigh Russo Fund, Kyle Nelson, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agents shall not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, facsimile electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (c) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of The Ryleigh Russo Fund or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this drawing by chance. There are no representations or warranties other than as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. An entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy for The Ryleigh Russo Fund breach shall be limited to the return of the donation, if any, made in connection with this drawing by chance not to exceed $5.00. In no event shall The Ryleigh Russo Fund be liable to any party for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if The Ryleigh Russo Fund has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any claim or dispute against The Ryleigh Russo Fund with respect to this drawing by chance, if not otherwise barred by the releases provided for in these Official Rules, must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises.
21. General Release. Each entrant releases The Ryleigh Russo Fund, Kyle Nelson, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees agents and successors from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with or as a result of participation in this drawing by chance and if the entrant is the winner, the acceptance, possession or use of the prize package (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
